Actually the spanish localization for validator.notEmpty is :
<value>no debe ser nulo o vacío</value>
and must be:
<value>no debe ser vacío</value>
and there isn't spanish localization for validator.notNullNotEmpty,
this one could be:
<value>no debe ser nulo o vacío</value>
Creo que este problema esta en varios idiomas ; aleman, frances e
italiano.
Puedo enviar copia de los archivos arreglados.
