Hi, in your code if i remove the generated=always (so it get its default = never) and removed every update to the DTC letting NH to manage the timestamp values, there is no problem, i can send you back the code if you are interested. I removed also the manual update of DTC.
there are some problems not letting NH to manage the timestamp you can follow this JIRA which is very similar to your problem. http://nhjira.koah.net/browse/NH-392 So the solutions are letting NH to manage the timestamp or using <version> which is a better way to manage versioning in NH.
