I have a problem with saving a Child record into the database using
this simplified example below.
Parent = new Parent {ParentId = 1};
Child = new Child {ChildId = 2};
Child.Parent = new Parent {ParentId = 1};
Save(Parent);
Save(Child);
I know I should not do a new Parent on Child.Parent, but in order to
create the Child object, this is done (it is a generic mapper to map
from domain entities to nhibernate entities).
Is there anyway I can get the child record saved successfully here?
