First, regarding what I've seen on ebay I'm not sure if it is a
correct application. Is there a difference in the '85 vs. '86 CB700SC
carbs? I've got an '86. What I've found seems to be for an '85.
Also, it does leak from the fuel and vent o-rings and I haven't been
able to find the correct sized ones. So, yes Bobcat, I would
appreciate clearing this confusing matter up for me if possible
regarding both the lead on o-rings and...

Mr. Dennis what we have here is a set of damaged/modified beyond my
ability, maybe not yours though to fix. I just can't figure it. Do
you know of any reasonable rebuilts? The frustration has overcome my
interest in banging my head into this thing. No midrange power.
Between like 4200 and 5000 rpm the power curve drops off and the
engine boggs down. I'm not sure why, still after remove-modify-
reinstall-test like ten times it runs like it did when I started
months ago. I am open to aftermarket carb kits too. All those Honda
pieces are so expensive. Also anyone in Orange County, CA let me
borrow/rent a manometer?
