Had I the money, I would buy it and start fixing it up.  But down here there is 
this shipping issue...

Yesterday I looked at a 1982 CB650.  It isn't running. The owner swore
it was running in the fall.  It turned over fine and the tank is rusty
(he drained it over winter).  I  don't doubt that a good carb cleaning
would get it going.  He has the front calipers off the bike because
they were sticking.  Otherwise the bike is complete, the slightest
ding in the tank.  Mileage is 19k.  Tires are good, paint is fair
(side covers are good).  He wants $500 for it, what do you all think>
