I have a 2002 750 NH but I haven't had to take the petcock apart
(yet) but my 750F has the same kind of petcock and when that leaked I
found it did have an O ring inside that had deteriorated and gotten
chewed up. I found it easy to replace with another O ring from
NAPA. I have found I can get O rings from just about anywhere by
taking the old one and matching it, Graham
