Have you tried an auto upolstery shop in your area.  Usually they can
put new foam and a new cover on your existing seat frame for a
fraction of what it would cost for a new or even a used seat.  My
buddy had that done for his 81 Virago.  They even diamond stitched the
seat at no extra cost.
