I had a '82VF750 that was my first bike some 10 years ago. Very quick and scary fast. Sold it in '95 to a friend of my son. He just traded it off on a Victory and says he had 0 problems and some 85 K miles of daily commuting. I believe the same or similar motor was used in the Interceptor in '83
