I've had both off & just wiped them with a rag.

One thing that's a factor is it's parked outside all-year-round

    I would get a can of brake-clean and spray the disk. There may be just enough grime on it to make it squeak. The back brake you should inspect. Remove the back wheel and pull out the brake pads. If there is still enough pad left clean them with the brake-clean (including the inside drum of course) and  re-assemble.
    Another thing that could be causing a front brake squeak is a warped disk or out-of-alignment tire. HotrodMamma.
