How about a hydrogen fueled heater? I am going to make one in the next month, for this winter. Because the summer was so mild, I expect that it will be a cold winter this year: and I am just getting my 450- ready to ride...In reflecting on then and now, I haven't changed much since that ride through Montana and Idaho. I still ride in the cold until I am near frostbit, when I am riding. I just find it difficult to stop and I will ride, cold or hot. Makes others remark, some day your age will catch up in your brain and you will realize you ain't no spring chikcen no more...Guess that's when I will stop riding as much in the winter and the rain...

I got a shop with a mini-fridge. It's a shame though...my shop is 5,000
s.f....I can't heat it in the winter or I'd be out there year round ;). I
ride a kid's scooter from the front to the back to get tools sometimes or my
feet wear out. I'm the girl who, in high school, was not allowed into the
mechanic's shop. The teacher told me that I could stand at the door of the
shop but that girls were not allowed in. I guess I made up for lost time and
ignorance. Now I own and repair my classic cars and bikes. I love this group
because they don't care who I am as long as I'm willing to learn. There are
some great teachers here and I'd have been lost without them. I babble
on...time for bed! HotrodMamma.
