According to the guys I rode with on my 1,800 mile ride you have to
wear ear plugs because of the buffiting of the wind withyour helmet.
The first day I didn't wear them and my hearing was impacted at the
end of the day. I have also noticed in the last 1.5 year, I have been
commuting everyday for 1.5 years, that my hearing seams to be getting
worse. This is also timed with turning 45 so I blamed it on age.
However, I have been commuting with ear plugs for the last two weeks
and I think they have made a difference. Either way it's all in my
head, either mental or physical.....

Johnson - did your audiologist recommend you wear ear plugs?
