Mine had a power outlet on the right side cover and the handle bars
they were jury rigged to the battery. so I made a proper harness and
connected them up I am using this setup for my trickle charger. You
can simply tie wrap it to the handle bar, the ones I have use a spring
loaded cover to keep out the elements. It actually looks like it was
supposed to be there.
