My Nighthawk was tipped over from the stand side over the top and on to the right side, on a down hill a couple of Tuesdays ago. (so it drained all the gas out of the tank)Butt print in the dust on the seat.Miss our Nissan by about 1/2 inch. Local police said mine didn't even qualify for criminal mischief because they didn't think the scratched up chrome, the paint nicked off the gas tank and the big dent on the brake qualified. Same police that didn't think having our mailbox blown up with a can of PCV cement was mischief. Is that a federal offense??
