I seem to remember Louisiana was in the news a few years back for passing a
law to allow you to shoot someone stealing your car. In TX you're allowed to
defend your house, but I'm not sure if that extends to your vehicle. Just
last year a man in Pasadena, TX shot two people robbing his neighbor's house
and was let off by a grand jury.
