alot of that going around. my nh was stolen 4 weeks ago. i found it a half mile
down the road with minor damage.

Any interference with the US mail is a federal offense. Don't know how that
applies to mail boxes. We had a credit card stolen out of the mail while living
on Guam and the FBI got involved.
