As I said, I didnt know the brake light stays on. Also there was a short so the light was not on. Way back when i first started posting about the issues I had with my bike, I stated that I am a new rider, new to bikes. I dont know much of anything about bikes other than how ride one (from a novice POV). I was unaware of the brake light coming on when the key is turned back. I was also unaware that I had a short in the brake light. not really sure what I'm supposed to observe there. thanks for your help and unecessary comments :). live and learn.
