Dennis: Test results are as you predicted. The front wheel is not square and it is not centered when compared to the rear. Off aligment by about +/- 3/8 inch and out of square by +/- 1/8 inch. Tires were 10 lbs low on air. No signs of front end damage or repair. Please note I replaced the fork seals when I first got it and completely dissasembled both forks . The shop manual doesnot specify a the fork placement (height) in the clamps. The are currently 3/8 inch (fork tube not including cap) above the top clamp same for both sides.
