An '82 CB650sc is a nice bike (I had one) Yours will be a test. Provided you 
have the necessary skills and patience, you wind up with a good ride. More 
details are needed, as well as pictures. How many miles ? It does leak at the 
head gasket ? Or above at the head cover ? Or both ? After some poking about, 
we'll come up with a parts list. Do not begin anything untill you determine 
that all parts needed can be had through whatever channels. That will also give 
you an idea of how much this project is going to cost. I can be very critical 
and blunt in assessing motorcycles. Any job of this magnitude must be 
approached with a clear idea of what is involved.
