My favorite scene -- Air Force liaison officer, Peter Sellers, needs pay phone change to warn Washington nuclear armegeddon is imminent. He orders base security officer Colonel Keenan Wynn to shoot a soda machine for its coins. Wynn is reluctant and ponders the order. Sellers loses it and commands "Colonel shoot the damn machine!"
