I just installed two LED clusters from Custom Dynamics in my tail light. I has to split separate the lens from the housing because the clusters are 1.8" in diameter. I was able to separate the lens after putting the tail light in the over for about 15 mins @ 210 deg. I hot glued the clusters to the reflector. Put everything back in the oven to soften the adhesive that holds the lens to the housing.
