for the time/temp, I searched online to see what other people were
doing and found the temp varies a lot.  Some were as high as 350.Most
were 210-250.  I chose a lower temp to minimize the risk of damaging
the lens.

I used generic craft hot glue.  I was didn't know if it would melt
when I heated the tail light to reseat the lens, but it didn't
