One thing we've kicked around on here a fair bit is the use of SeaFoam
both as a carb cleaner and as a fuel treatment - I'd suggest giving
the bike a good dose of the stuff - perhaps a half bottle (16 oz
bottle, so 8 oz) to a full tank and letting it run through the whole
system. That should help to clean out various fuel gremlins. Of
course, you shouldn't idle the bike for long periods, so it would help
to have it moving when you do this.
Other than that - I'd say replace the plugs and wires, or
at least inspect them carefully.
