Ron,
        Thanks for the additional info - that should make things a bit
easier to diagnose. I agree with your conclusion - it would seem to be
electrical in nature.
         You didn't mention if you had changed out the plug wires -
just the plugs. I'd start there - another complete set of plugs, plus
new wires.
          Also - I can't comment on others experience, but once a plug
has been fowled in my 450, no amount of cleaning would put it
completely right again. Due to an excessive amount of choking (by me,
operator error!) I used to go through several sets of plugs a season
and in an economy move used to take the fowled ones out, wire wheel
them, and put them back in. They never worked right afterwards.
Between the lack of over choking and a bit of luck - I've had the same
set in there for some time. I keep another set in the document holder
under the seat.
           Thoughts?
