I've got a 1984 Nighthawk that I'm having a lot of fun bombing around on. Unfortunately, the tachomoter recently broke. Specifically, the threaded connection for the tach cable has separated from the metal underside of the tach pod, and looks too chewed up to try and reinstall.
Is it possible to repair this kind of tachometer? I'll upload a photo to try and show the problem. If it is not possible to repair, how difficult will it be to replace the tach? Thanks for any advice. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
