Did you have torn slide diaphragms? Other than bowl gaskets and o-rings for the 
transfer tubes there isn't much to replace. I'd say that most PPL do their 
carbs for the price of a can of carb cleaner.

I was about to rebuild mine but discovered the parts for the carbs would be 
around $250 or more. The found "Precision Remanufacturing of La Pine, OR. 
Rebuilt, flow benched, etc. for $219 complete shipping included. No core 
change. You might take a look and see if they still have some P/N 54A @
