I find Bikebandit consistent in their service. They're not real fast, but I can count on them. Prices of course for all OEM stuff is high but you know what you're getting and how much you're paying for it ahead of time. Sometimes, I notice, it pays to look up their prices before bidding on e-Bay. Some used stuff is more expensive on e-Bay than at bikebandit. Some sellers have no idea that their item is not only available but cheaper, Graham

Just had a less than stellar transaction with what used to be my
favorite parts supplier, Cheap Cycle Parts. Didn't order anything
exotic, just a Uni air filter and spark plugs.

They say 3-5 days turnaround on orders, but my last order languished
in "on order from our warehouse" status for 13 days with no stated
reason for delay. Two automated emails got no response. Finally
called them, got a telephone-tag "agents busy" recording and left a
message for a return call. Return call 2 hours later was from an
obviously outsourced boiler room operation. Operator expedited the
order and I had it 2 days later. Elapsed time 15 days, but probably
would have been longer had I not nudged them.

So I'm curious. Who's your favorite supplier and what's their
response time, efficiency of communication, and prices?
