I had a very bad experience with Cheap Cycle recently. I made an order of
more than $400 and I was very scared when parts were not coming and it was
impossible to reach them. At the end, after a lot of phone calls I got all
the products. I think they are having problems with their systems. It
doesn't seems like they are doing it on propose, it is just that they can
handle all the orders they get.
In my experience, this is the only I have had an issue with. I also buy from
motorcyclesuperstore.com (very good), bikebandit.com (good too),  and
Competition Accessories (only buy from them once, but it was find).
