Did the problem begin when you started using the new relay? Haven't actually dug into the relay wiring on mine yet, so I'm not sure how many terminals the relay is supposed to have or what functions it serves, but I need to. Mine work fine for a while, then decide they don't want to anymore. Seems to be heat related.
