The 650s are known for loose connections where the wiring harness plugs into
the back of the fuseblock. I took mine completely apart and degreased and
cleaned it. I took all the female connectors and spread them out a bit so
they would fit more snugly too. Especially the main red/black wires going
into the top left of the fuse block. When they make a poor contact they
start to arc and melt the plastic around them.
