My commute ride is a mere twenty minutes; I can tolerate a lot for twenty minutes. I need some winter grade gloves if I am going to go colder or longer, and go back to wearing liner socks.
My body core is actually impressively comfortable in the gear I was wearing, and my legs and arms tolerable.
