Does it just smoke white while it is warming up, or consistently and
constantly?

My 93 smokes when I first start it up while cold, then clears up as it
warms. White smoke is typically an overly rich condition, unburned fuel
going out the exhaust; can you smell fuel?

I just started my 83 cb750sc for the past week and I'm getting white smoke
coming from the muffler this will be the first time getting the bike to the
DMV for inspection. Will the white smoke cause the bike to fail and how
could I correct this. Before someone says use Seafoam I already did unless
one can isn't enough.

Thanks
