I'm sure it's just water vapor. It will go away much faster when riding. Just idling the bike in cold weather takes forever to get it hot. When mine was stock 30 degrees required a bit of choke for miles until it would warm up, and if the RPMs got below 4000 then it would cool off again and run crappy.
