OH Wait - what if we had a battery powered - solar charged - rotating
table that both bikes could sit on.
           If it was spun at a sufficient speed - one could run a
strap from the inside to the outside, over the upright bike, using the
strap to counteract the force acting to push the bike off the table -
it would in effect, make the bikes impossible to tip over.
           Unless of course, the strap breaks.
           Or the battery running the motor dies.
           Or the building falls down around the bikes.
           Or the table gets tipped and stops or slows down.
           Hmmmm.
           Still - a heckova idea eh?
