Seems that I'm going to need a good torque wrench. Checked out ACE (Craftsman),
Lowe's (some brand I don't remember), and Home Depot (Husky maybe?), and they
want $80+ for their one (or at most two) option(s) of torque wrench(s).
I checked out online and Harbor Freight has a couple different options, from
$20-$75. I have *no* idea which one will work, or what to buy:

I did a search on this group and saw several people say I needed one, but none
with recommendations on which type/kind/cost.
Any suggestions for a good, cheap torque wrench?
