It all depends on tthe type of torque wrench you want. For example, mine is the type that flexes to show torque,i got it for $20. It suites my needs but not the most accurate in the world. Or there is the racheting type. I would get one of the more expensive of those as they need to be calibrated and the chapter you get the more they need calibration. Iwould recommend getting the Snap_On if you went this route. However if you are not hell bent on balls on accurate I would get the $20 flex type from your local parts store.
