A few thoughts. I agree with Allen, there should not be much if any differences between all 91-03 hawks. But I think the most obvious answer is that in a lot of states it is illegal to have rear yellow running lights, so I doubt that Honda would ever produce a bike that way if it was destined for sale in the US.
