You have a point - and I'll be watching it closely - but this is a
traditional oil that has a synthetic additive package - in effect a
hybrid oil, not as likely to weep as a fully synthetic oil.
Unfortunately, I can't come up with Rotella 10w40 anywhere - I'm
wondering if the product has been discontinued.
Talked to a local garage yesterday, said he hasn't sold a quart of
10w40 in three years. Cars have gone to 5w20, 10w30, 5w30 etc.
The times they are a changin'
