Hi All! I just got my first bike about a week ago! a 83 Honda Nighthawk 550, I bought a new battery for it and the bike was having some problems starting until the other night when it started up fine out of the blue, I rode it around for maybe an hour then parked it for the night. The next day I went to start it up and it cranks and it sounds like it wants to start, but cuts off.
Any thoughts? I'm very excited to start riding! I've checked that the petcock is cleaned out, the carbs are getting gas (as well as running clean from the carb drains) I'm getting spark as well....
