It does have a kill switch which has Off - Run - Off and I made sure it was
definitely set to run :] When I got it running the 1st and so far only time,
I had to have the choke all the way out and then ease into it.

The guy I bought the bike from said he had it running 2 days before I bought
it, he also replaced the spark plugs at that time. He also said that he just
changed the oil as well.
All the gas was brand new.
With the spark plugs being new, do you think it would still be good to
remove them and clean them?
I'll work on changing the oil and oil filter tomorrow as it's been raining
on and off here today.{Richmond Va}
