Hmm... With cars, they always recommend bench-bleeing the master cylinder to get the air out of the main piston. You could try to run an old hard line (or some kits come with a bench-bleed plastic hose) out the main port and it will dump directly back into the reseviour. You should be able to bench-bleed it until no more air comes out the line, then hook the regular line back up and go from there. I'm thinking you may just have too much air up in the master cylinder and it can't create any pressure. - James O On May 27, 2011, at 11:17 PM, [email protected] wrote: > I am getting very annoyed i rebuild my front master cylinder and front > caliper hooked it all back up and i can't get any fluid out of the bleeder > valve the brake pad isn't even moving i don't know what i'm doing wrong i > pumped the crap out of the handle and still nothing i can't figure it out > does the bike need to be running? or what can i be doing wrong > > > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/nighthawk_lovers?hl=en. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
