I will check the wheel balance first. You can put it in the center stand,
and have somebody to seat in the passenger side or just to push down from
the rear so the front tire stays in the air. Then just make the tire rotate
freely. When it stops, mark the lowest point of the wheel. Then rotate it
again and see if it comes back to the same point. If so, it is unbalanced.
If it stops at different points after different trials, you should check the
tire itself for flat and uneven spots.
