I rode about 650 miles in one day and I was whipped. This was on a '94 Honda Pacific Coast 800 with stock everything and mostly on the interstate. I wouldn't even think of riding my '85 Nighthawk 650 that far in a day, (Of course I'm almost 81 now so tire a bit easier) I'd suggest you try an early start (before dawn) and try for 500 to 550. This would leave you with 400 to 450 which might be doable without too much tiring.
