It sounds like you ride a lot and almost every day. That's probably
the biggest factor - you're in good shape for the trip.

A couple of years ago I did a 510 mile day as the last day of a 9 day
trip. I was tired but felt fine the next morning. My day consisted
of 150 miles in rain over a mountain pass then 150 with wicked cross
winds, then 100 great sunny miles over a mountain pass, ending with
the last 110 on a very busy highway - those were the hardest. A fridn
of mise was with me on the trip and he bailed out at around 300
miles. I communte every day and would be very comfortable with riding
500 miles one day and then 400 the next.

The biggest problem will be your seat. Have you upgraded? If not
your backside hurting may be the biggest problem. I ride a 96 50.
