I can't answer as to handling and whatnot, but your speedometer will now
read about 6% slow. A 130/90/16 has an approximate circumference of 79.2",
which is about 6% bigger than the 74.75" approximate circumference of the
110/90/16 stock tire.

I'm in the market for new rubber front and rear and have been
considering the Metzler Marathon ME880. The recommended front tire
size for my bike is 110/90/16 however the closest size I can find in
the ME880 is 130/90/16. I have seen them mounted in this size before
on bikes identical to mine, but, I am wondering how it might affect
such things as handling, ride, speedo, etc????? All input greatly
appreciated . Currently I have Dunlop GT501's that I would rate as OK.
