Stick with what the bike calls for, that tire is wider and taller. There are plenty of good tires in that size. It will affect the bikes steering geometry by lengthening the wheelbase, and shifting the mass rearward. This coupled with a wider tire, will make the bike turn in slower. Whether you notice a difference is a different story, but to my knowledge that is how a tire change will affect the chassis. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
