it is a 1984, with 25k miles on it. Paint is not perfect but in
pretty good condition for the age, as well as the chrome (some rust
here and there). New tires, brake pads, stator and regulator. I
guess battery is also recent. Came with a rack and hard case trunk,
owners and Clymer manuals. I paid $850 for it.
Clearly it haven't been ridden too much, so carbs need serious
cleaning. Also, it has an electrical issue so the battery doesn't
get charge. Hopefully is some bad ground somewhere, and I hope to
find a quick solution with Allen's help. For the carbs I will start
running tons of seafoam to see how it goes. I took it for a spin
around the block. Ran crappy but it didn't die. I will probably
have to replace both the master cylinder front brake and clutch,
since they are leaking fluid thought the sight windows. One of the
brakes is probably locked because is kind of hard to move it on
neutral.
Hopefully will be road ready soon. Here are some more pics.
