Ah..yes, the thrill and agony of a "new bike". It happened to me when I first got my little 200cc yami, the lady said "the battery is new" and I rode like the wind. I am in the park now, miles from anywhere and she just quit, the time is roughly 330-4 pm and the blood suckers are starting to make their presence known. I can't get my eyes off the horizon and the beautiful views surrounding me, the only thing bringing me back to reality is the constant scratching and needle like stabbings. Push I said, push again, change to third, and push again. Maybe if I roll from the crest of the road..no. Push, push. She starts, I ride straight home. Never again will I ride without a thorough check and several days of tests around the neighborhood.
