If it's a 650 I feel more confident the problem is where the wiring harness
plugs into the back of the fuse block. Especially the red/black wires at the
top/left (when facing forwards) area of the fuse block. You can reach back
there with your hand and try jiggling them to see if the lights come on. I
tore mine completely down to clean it and repack it with dielectric grease
to fix that.
