*As a follow up, it turns out LeatherUp will indeed pay for return shipping on this item since the issue involved a mistake on their part. I showed them how the add specifically said "**Both 7/8in. and 1in. handlebar clamps included" even though only the 7/8" clamps were in the packaging.* * * *Stay turned. :)**
