*I went with a National Cycle shield. I asked about them just sending the 1" clamp instead of having to send the whole thing back, but she wasn't even sure it came with a 1 in. clamp even though the ad said it did. I corresponded with another Magna owner who has that exact shield, and I'm waiting to hear back from him about the size of his handlebars. **
